Dr Christoph Thiermann is Co-Head of Noerr's Private Equity group. He regularly advises private equity funds as well as companies and management teams on the structuring and implementation of national and international M&A and private equity transactions. He also has extensive experience in corporate reorganisations, with a special focus on cross-border structures and general corporate issues.
