Dr Nikolai Warneke advises credit institutions, alternative lenders and borrowers on national and international financing transactions. One focus of his activities is acquisition and corporate financing as well as the restructuring of financing. He also advises clients on the acquisition and sale of loan portfolios and has legal expertise in peer-to-peer lending.
