Noerr advises lenders on group financing for Ringmetall SE
A Noerr team led by Nikolai Warneke and Martina Buller has advised the lenders in connection with a syndicated credit facilities agreement for Ringmetall SE with Deutsche Bank AG and UniCredit Bank GmbH as arrangers and Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A. and UniCredit Bank GmbH as lenders.
The facilities provided under the facilities agreement will be used among other things to refinance the existing facilities agreement, for acquisitions and for general working capital purposes within the group.
Ringmetall is a leading global specialist in the packaging industry and markets product solutions for applications in the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries, the food industry and the logistics branch.
Noerr has also advised the lenders on the existing financing in 2020 and 2022.
