Susanne Rummel

Susanne Rummel is an associated partner in Noerr's Munich office. Susanne focuses on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, carve-outs and corporate reorganisations. Further, she advises on corporate and capital markets law topics, especially regarding corporate governance, compliance and liability matters.
