Katrin advises primarily on M&A transactions, reorganizations and general corporate law in the energy and infrastructure industry where she has long standing expertise. Katrin is lecturer for contract law at university of applied sciences in Wildau. She co-heads Noerr’s practice group energy & infrastructure.
