Marius Siemen is a Senior Associate in our Munich office and part of the Tax Practice Group. He specializes in tax advice on M&A, private equity and real estate transactions as well as on fund structuring and fund investments in the area of alternative investments (including renewables). In addition, he also advises on tax audits and conducts tax court proceedings.
