28.02.2023

A Noerr team led by Patrick Neidinger is advising Deutsche Börse AG on arranging a long-term strategic collaboration with Google Cloud. The collaboration will include cloud usage and innovation projects in the financial services sector.

The aim of the partnership is to improve, standardise and focus Deutsche Börse’s cloud usage. In particular, Deutsche Börse will leverage Google Cloud’s secure infrastructure and leading data and analytics features to drive the future development of the D7 digital securities platform, launch innovations in its operational activities in the digital assets market, and improve its data distribution and usage in the cloud.

Deutsche Börse Group has already successfully set new standards for cloud innovation in the financial services industry with its hybrid multi-cloud strategy. Google Cloud will be Deutsche Börse Group’s preferred partner for its cloud usage over the next ten years, helping it to improve cloud deployment and efficiency.

An interdisciplinary team from the Legal, Strategy/M&A and IT departments as well as the individual business divisions of Deutsche Börse will assist with launching the collaboration.
