Bregal invests in RELINEEUROPE AG with Noerr’s advice

Noerr has successfully supported funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital in an investment in RELINEEUROPE AG.

 

RELINEEUROPE is a leading trenchless pipe rehabilitation company with activities in 60 countries and joint ventures in the USA, Japan, China and India. Founded in 2009, RELINEEUROPE has since then become established internationally as a system supplier for pipe rehabilitation companies.

 

The Noerr private equity team was led by the Private Equity practice’s co-head Georg Schneider and Christoph Thiermann. Noerr already successfully represented Bregal Unternehmerkapital in 2018 during the takeover of trendtours.
