Noerr advises FI-TS on cooperation with Google Cloud

Noerr has advised Finanz Informatik Technologie Service GmbH & Co. KG (FI-TS) on concluding an outsourcing agreement with Google Cloud.

The cooperation between the two companies is intended to enable the entities of the Sparkassen Finanz Group to use public cloud services. As a first step, FI-TS will integrate the cloud provider’s services into its own IT service platform for banks, insurers and financial companies.

Noerr advised FI-TS on various aspects regarding banking regulation, antitrust and competition law, and data protection law. The Noerr team was headed by Frankfurt partner Joachim Schrey.
