Tobias Zuber is a lawyer in Noerr's Brussels office and advises on EU trade law, including economic sanctions, customs procedures and trade defence instruments. He provides practical advice on regulatory developments and transactional issues and assists in the development of compliance programmes. His experience includes customs duties, anti-dumping and safeguard measures as well as proceedings before the European Commission and the EU Courts. Prior to Noerr, he gained extensive experience in EU and WTO trade law at two leading trade law firms in Brussels and worked for the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit and the Transnational Economic Law Research Centre.
