Dr. Peter Zier has more than 20 years experience in advising on investments and business ventures in Central and Eastern Europe, especially joint ventures, privatisations, corporate acquisitions and all questions of commercial law. The well-known British online service International Law Office (ILO) awarded him with the "Client Choice Award" 2011 based on the assessments of more than 2,000 inhouse lawyers worldwide for his advice in Russia. From 1990 to 1998 Dr. Peter Zier played a decisive role as the responsible partner in establishing the law firm's office in Prague, from 2002 to 2010 he was the Managing Partner of our Moscow office.
