Markus Zeibig advises on all aspects of real estate law. Apart from helping clients to enforce disputed claims, he also specialises in advising on real estate investments, including industrial and commercial location projects. His expertise in this area covers all aspects of the negotiation, drafting and implementation of tailor-made real estate purchasing and use agreements as well as relevant construction, architects’ and project management agreements. Markus also has in-depth expertise in matters requiring knowlegde of both real estate and insolvency law. Besides assitsting in real estate projects, Markus also provides comprehensive advice on other development and infrastructure projects involving complex and long-standing project relationships (e.g. IT projects).
