Dominique Wunderlich is Associated Partner in our Frankfurt office and member of the Capital Markets and Corporate practice groups. Her practice focuses on capital markets transactions and complex restructurings, as well as providing ongoing corporate and capital markets advice to listed companies. In particular, she advises on the preparation and conduct of general meetings as well as on corporate governance and compliance issues.

- Advising on capital increases: Compleo Charging Solutions AG on €28 million capital increase (2021); RIB Software SE on €131 million capital increase (2018); Schaltbau Holding AG on €49 million capital increase with subscription rights (2018); Vivoryon Therapeutics AG on €43 million capital increase with subscription rights (2019)
- Advising on other capital market transactions: DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG on the placement of a €600 million bond (2019); Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA on its €10 billion EMTN programme and the issue of a €500 million bond (2018); TAG Immobilien AG on the issuance of a €262 million convertible bond and a repurchase offer (2017)
