Sebastian Wrobel advises clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust and competition law. Sebastian specialises in antitrust damages litigation and defends clients against complex follow-on and standalone claims before German courts. In addition, he has experience asserting antitrust damages claims. Sebastian also represents companies in proceedings concerning the ban on cartels, abuse of dominance and merger control before the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission as well as in court. Further, Sebastian assists clients with antitrust-related compliance issues and internal investigations.

  • SAF-Holland: Merger control advice on the takeover bid for the Swedish commercial vehicle supplier Haldex and coordination of merger control notifications in three jurisdictions
