Sebastian Voigt is member of our Private Equity and Venture Capital team. He focuses on fund structuring and LP investments in private equity, venture capital and infrastructure funds and advises companies and investors in the context of financing rounds, secondaries and exits in a leading role. In addition, he as in-depth knowledge and experience in connection with all types of management incentive schemes.
