Paul Vogel is a lawyer based in Noerr's Munich office and a member of the Data, Tech and Telecoms practice group. He advises on German and European data protection law matters, especially in the areas of data protection governance, data protection litigation and cross-border data transfers, as well as in cybersecurity law, inter alia regarding the implementation of the requirements under the NIS2 Directive. He is a member of Noerr's Cyber Risks team and regularly supports clients with the handling of data protection incidents, especially cyber attacks.
