Stefan Schwab is a lawyer and certified specialist in employment law. He advises national and international companies on all matters relating to individual and collective employment law. His practice focuses on (international) employment law in connection with M&A transactions, reorganisation and restructuring, outsourcing and old-age pension schemes, especially in connection with M&A transactions and transfers of undertaking. Stefan also provides advice on contracts with management board members and managing directors and their termination on a regular basis.
