Dr Philip M. Schmoll is Associated Partner and member of the pratice groups Capital Markets, Corporate as well as Internal Investigations & Compliance. He specialises in advising listed companies. A particular focus is on advising on ECM & public M&A transactions as well as ongoing corporate and capital markets law advice. He also advises on complex regulatory and internal investigations relating to corporate and capital markets law as well as compliance cases, in particular in the area of board responsibility and liability issues. He regularly publishes on capital markets and corporate law topics. Dr Philip M.
