Henner Schlaefke represents national and international clients in litigation before state courts and has extensive practical experience as a trial lawyer. He heads Noerr's class and mass action defense practice group. Henner specializes in antitrust damages litigation and is defending clients against follow-on claims in high-profile cases including collective actions. He is also experienced in setting up structured projects for companies claiming damages. His practice covers a wide range of industries with a special focus on retail, banking, automotive and consumer goods. Apart from this, Henner is an expert in banking and capital investment law and represents credit institutions in mass, collective and landmark proceedings.
