Anne-Kristin Schiller advises on corporate law and specializes in stock corporation and capital markets law as well as group-internal reorganisations of large and medium-size corporations. In addition to her vast experience in advising on national and international IPOs, her practice focuses on the ongoing stock corporation and capital markets law advice to listed companies and their corporate bodies. Her expertise includes securities issuance, share buyback programs, stock option plans and capital markets compliance. Anne-Kristin Schiller also advises regularly on reorganisations under corporate law, such as changes of the legal form as well as domestic and cross-border mergers.
