Her areas of expertise also include issues of distribution antitrust law and contract drafting in the context of e-commerce, such as the implementation of new distribution models, the marketing and distribution of products via the Internet, apps, online platforms and social media. She is also a member of the Digital Business Practice Group and specializes in advising on the digitization and digital transformation of processes and organizations. Diana Richter received her doctorate on the multifunctionality of trademarks and the associated jurisdiction.
