Zuzana specialises in the trade mark and design law. In addition to her broad knowledge of all types of proceedings before the EUIPO and UK trade mark offices and customs proceedings, Zuzana has extensive experience in handling international trade mark portfolios and trade mark disputes, as well as in multijurisdictional trade mark clearance. Zuzana is an active member in the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) Trademark Office Practices Committee. She is also actively involved in the European trade mark association MARQUES, where she currently serves as a member of its Famous and Well Known Marks Team.
