Dr Bastian Müller is a lawyer in Noerr's Brussels office. He advises on all matters of European and German antitrust law. This includes antitrust investigations and administrative fine proceedings as well as market power abuse proceedings of the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office. In addition, he advises on M&A merger control. Bastian Müller also advises on distribution cartel law issues. In particular, he focuses on the evaluation and design of distribution structures and cooperations in compliance with antitrust law.
