Mirjam Lück advises in all areas of German and European data protection law, in particular data protection by design, data governance management and data protection litigation. She also advises on European data law, in particular regulatory requirements of the AI Act, the Data Act, the Data Governance Act and platform regulations. She is a member of the practice groups Data Privacy, Digital Business and Data, Tech & Telecoms.
