Marco Leck advises German and international companies in complex legal disputes, with a particular focus on the defense and enforcement of antitrust damages claims. He is an expert in defending against assignment models used by Legal Tech debt collection companies. Additionally, he represents businesses in real estate legal disputes. Marco has practical experience in banking litigation and has also worked on secondment for an international financial institution in the areas of contract and banking law.
