Felix Ilg is a certified accountant and tax advisor in Noerr’s Tax practice group at our Munich office. His primary fields of activity are drawing up and auditing annual and consolidated financial statements according to the requirements of the German Commercial Code and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and providing support on corporate transactions (financial due diligence). He provides our clients not only with on-going business consulting and tax advice but also support in regard to special accounting issues. Felix also has experience in conducting special audits and providing other confirmation services.

- Master's degree in business administration at Saarland University
- Working experience in the fields of Audit & Advisory in a specialized auditing partnership
- At Noerr since 2022
