Felix Ilg

Auditor, Tax Advisor, Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Senior Associate

Felix Ilg is a certified accountant and tax advisor in Noerr’s Tax, Advisory and ESG practice groups at our Munich office. His primary fields of activity are drawing up and auditing annual and consolidated financial statements according to the requirements of the German Commercial Code and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), advising on international accounting issues – including sustainability reporting – and advising on corporate transactions (financial due diligence). In addition to providing ongoing business and tax advice to our clients, he also has experience in conducting special audits and providing other assurance services. He also holds a certificate in sustainability reporting (CiSR®).

Working experience in the fields of Audit & Advisory in a specialized auditing partnership
