Thomas Heitzer specialises in advising of insurance and reinsurance companies on company law matters, above all on issues relating to insurance supervision law, M&A projects, insurance portfolio transfers, function outsourcing and restructuring, including run-offs. Thomas also advises on issues relating to risk management, business organisation and compliance in the insurance sector.
