Martin Haisch specializes in tax and investment law, in particular with regard to national and international fund structures, financial transactions and structured financing. He has many years of experience in advising on real estate transactions, including their financing, and in the area of alternative investments. He also advises on M&A transactions and restructurings. In the area of financial tax law, he also assists clients with tax audits and tax court proceedings. His clients include management companies, fund sponsors, financial institutions, all kinds of investors and real estate developers. Martin is co-editor of the legal handbook on financial instruments published by Beck-Verlag and of the magazine Recht der Finanzinstrumente published by dfv Mediengruppe. He publishes on and regularly lectures on tax and investment law topics, especially with regard to funds, financial products and investment structures.
