Christoph Emde

Christoph Emde is Senior Associate in Noerr’s litigation practice. During his legal education in Germany and the United States, Christoph gained extensive experience in both German and US procedural and antitrust law. His work focusses on representing international corporations in cartel damage proceedings. His cases frequently involve cross-border elements and often manifest as forms of class action lawsuits through the bundling of claims.
