Elisabeth Dworschak

Elisabeth Dworschak is specialized in tax structuring and transaction tax and advises on national and cross-border group reorganizations, corporate acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures. She supports her clients in tax audits and conducts fiscal court proceedings. She also has many years of experience in providing tax advice on financing transactions and is co-author of the commentary Kraft/Edelmann/Bron, Reorganization Tax Act, 2nd edition, 2019.
