Tobias Dolde is head of the IP practice group and head of our office in Alicante. He specialises in European and international trade mark and design law and has extensive experience of proceedings before the EU courts in Luxembourg and the European Union Intellectual Property Office in Alicante. Tobias’ key areas of expertise include advising on international strategic trade mark and design matters and setting up and looking after large worldwide IP portfolios. Tobias is an active member of various high-profile German and international trade mark associations and lectures in European trade mark law at the University of Alicante.
