Stephanie Bender is a senior associate of the practice groups Restructuring & Insolvency and Corporate/M&A in Noerr’s Hamburg office. She is involved in the advice of clients in the areas of insolvency law and restructuring. Her legal advice focuses on both the debtor and the creditor sides in the context of out-of court and in-court financial restructurings and refinancings. She also advises national and global companies on corporate law issues and M&A transactions.
