Michaela Athmer

Michaela Athmer is Senior Associate at Noerr's Hamburg office and advises in particular on all issues of commercial and distribution law. One focus of her work is advising national and international clients on the drafting and review of distribution agreements as well as all commercial agreements along the supply chain (such as purchasing, supply, development and service agreements). Michaela Athmer also advises and represents clients in the enforcement of claims along the supply chain as well as in the event of insolvency of contractual partners.
