14.06.2023

A team from Noerr led by Jan-Philipp Meier has advised the insolvency administrator of the international call center group tricontes360, Tjark Thies from the law firm Reimer, on the sale of the group’s business. Ströer Mediengruppe is taking over eight former tricontes sites in whole or in part under its Avedo brand. Another site was sold to Leipzig-based CCONE GmbH.

It was possible to retain a total of more than 1,300 jobs and to arrange approx. 400 employment contracts as a result of the transfers of undertakings. Transfers of undertakings to Ströer companies took place at the Frankfurt (Oder), Itzehoe, Munich, Neubrandenburg, Augsburg, Münster, Pristina and Thessaloniki sites. CCONE took over parts of the Bremerhaven site. Four other locations had to be closed.

The tricontes360 group had filed for insolvency for most of its subsidiaries in February. During the insolvency proceedings, the Noerr team provided extensive advice to the insolvency administrator Tjark Thies, including on contract negotiations with the buyers, the filing to the German competition authorities and the sale of assets in Greece and Kosovo.
