Noerr advises Schewe on sale of logistics facility to Fidelity International

Noerr has advised the property development company Schewe on the sale of a logistics facility. Fidelity International has acquired the asset for a property fund.

The 36,000 m² facility in the Hodenhagen Nord business park is leased long-term to Kühne+Nagel, a logistics company. In the multi-user area, Kühne+Nagel is handling the global spare parts storage business of Vestas, a global leader in sustainable energy solutions. Schewe began developing the logistics park, which is centrally located between Hanover, Bremen and Hamburg, in 2021. Noerr also advised Schewe on entering into the lease agreement with Kühne+Nagel.
