Noerr steps up advice for family-owned companies with appointment of Tobias Hueck

With effect from 1 January, Tobias Hueck will join Noerr in Munich as an associated partner. The 35-year-old corporate-law specialist and expert in family-owned companies previously worked at P+P Pöllath + Partners.

With his expertise, Hueck will expand the area of expertise Family Businesses & Private Clients at Noerr. He specialises in advising family-run companies on succession planning and matters of corporate governance. Clients also often seek his advice on issues of corporate compliance and D&O liability as well as M&A transactions.
