Noerr advises Uriach on acquisition of Sidroga Group
Noerr has advised the Spanish family-run pharmaceutical company Uriach on its acquisition of the Sidroga Group in a bidding process. The seller is Santo Holding, owned by the Strüngmann brothers.
The Sidroga Group, headquartered in Bad Ems, Germany, produces medicinal teas and, under licence, the “Emser” products, and sells these products primarily in Germany, Austria and Switzerland via pharmacies, drug stores and food retailers.
