Noerr advises Savills IM on acquisition of logistics park

With a team led by Manuel Lomb, Noerr has once again advised Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) on a transaction in the German commercial real estate market. Noerr’s Real Estate Investment team advised Savills IM, an international real estate investment manager, on its acquisition of Panattoni Park Bremen South. The seller of the logistics park is the project developer Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Bremen South, which is located in the northern German town of Verden, was completed in 2021 and offers around 67,000 m² of total usable space. The tenant is BLG Handelslogistik GmbH & Co. KG. The property is being purchased for the European Logistics Fund 3 which is managed by Savills IM and whose portfolio comprises a total of 16 properties in six countries.
