Noerr advises lenders on amendment of existing syndicated credit facilities agreement for GRAMMER Aktiengesellschaft

Noerr has advised the lenders among COMMERZBANK Aktiengesellschaft and UniCredit Bank AG as mandated lead arrangers in connection with the amendment and restatement of the existing EUR 385,000,000 and USD 70,000,000 facilities agreement of GRAMMER Aktiengesellschaft. As part of such amendment GRAMMER Aktiengesellschaft accomplished financing stability for the upcoming years and the extension of the term of the revolving credit facility made available for general corporate purposes until 2025. In addition to the core banking group, KfW is also participating in the financing.
