Noerr advises HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG on forward acquisition of 141 new, privately financed rental flats in Hamburg

With a team led by our Munich partner Annette Pospich and our Frankfurt associate partner Tim Behrens, Noerr has advised HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG, a company specialising in real estate, on all legal aspects relating to the acquisition of a total of 141 privately financed rental flats in the new, sustainable “Stellinger Terrassen” residential complex in Hamburg.

Plot D of the “Stellinger Terrassen” complex comprises a total site area of around 9,900 m² and a gross floor area of approximately 16,000 m². Construction work on plot D of the new residential area in Hamburg began in January 2022 and completion is scheduled for June 2024. In addition to a total of 141 privately financed rental flats, the project also offers new forms of housing, with cluster flats for students, senior citizens and single parents for a changing society. DGNB Gold certification is being sought for all buildings.
