Noerr advises German Finance Agency on stabilisation measure for ENERCON

A multidisciplinary team from Noerr led by Rainer Wilke and Harald Selzner has advised the German Finance Agency (Deutsche Finanzagentur) on a stabilisation measure for ENERCON provided by the Economic Stabilisation Fund due to the ongoing challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. ENERCON is one of the most important German wind power companies and, with a stabilisation measure of €500 million, also one of the Fund’s largest cases.

The Noerr team provided legal support to the Finance Agency both in preparing the documentation for the stabilisation measures and in the negotiations with the company.
