Noerr advises Deka Immobilien on acquisition of “H20” office building in Munich

With a team led by Annette Pospich and Tim Behrens, our firm has advised Deka Immobilien on the acquisition of the H20 office building, located near the Olympiapark in Munich.

The H20 building has more than 18,500 m² of office space and 200 parking spaces, almost all of which is under lease.

The LEED Gold certified building, constructed in 2016, was acquired in 2017 by the seller, BNP Paribas REIM, for its real estate fund “Next Estate Income Fund II (NEIF II)”.
