Noerr advises Beyond Real Estate on sale of a commercial property

A team from Noerr headed by Annette Pospich has advised Beyond Real Estate GmbH on the acquisition of an office complex at Madrider Straße 1 (“MASTRA”) in Mönchengladbach, in the western part of Germany.

The office building, which was built in 2015 and is located in the Nordpark district, consists of four building sections and includes 18,700 square metres of office space. The sole tenant is Santander Bank. The previous owner was a real estate company listed on the stock exchange in the US. Montano Real Estate will be responsible for asset management in future.
