Noerr advises Bank of Communications on Certificate of Deposit-Programme

With a team led by Dominik Kloka, Holger Alfes and Sebastian Bock, Noerr advised Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Frankfurt Branch on the update of its Certificate of Deposit-Programme. Under the Programme, Bank of Communications can issue certificates of deposit with a maturity of up to five years.

With this transaction, the Noerr team once again demonstrated the depth of the firm's advice in the area of debt capital markets. In addition to EMTN and Commercial Paper Programmes, Noerr advises on (green) corporate bonds, promissory notes, regulated debt instruments and large-volume private note placements on the European and U.S. capital markets.
