New practice group heads at Noerr

Starting on 1 January 2025, changes will be taking place at the top of several practice groups at Noerr. The Restructuring & Insolvency practice group will be headed by two female partners for the first time.
- Corporate: Martin Neuhaus (Dusseldorf) is passing the role of co-head on to Ralph Schilha (Munich), who will lead the practice group together with Michael Brellochs (Munich).
- Compliance & Investigations: Christian Pelz (Munich), Ingo Theusinger and Rainer Wilke (both Dusseldorf) will be taking over the reins from Torsten Fett (Frankfurt).
- Restructuring & Insolvency: Thomas Hoffmann (Berlin) will be handing over the role of co-head of the practice group to Simone Schönen (Hamburg). Marlies Raschke (Dresden) will be continuing in her position as co-head.
- Corporate Litigation: This new practice group combines the existing Corporate & Financial Litigation and Liability & Insurance practice groups. Oliver Sieg (Düsseldorf) is to act as head.
- Data, Tech & Telecoms: Tobias Frevert (Berlin) will be handing over the role as co-head to Pascal Schumacher (Berlin), who will lead the practice group jointly with Daniel Rücker (Munich).
- Product Regulation: Arun Kapoor (Munich) is to head the new Product Regulation practice group.
“Like last year, we have been able to hand over the management of practice groups to younger colleagues once again,” said co-managing partner Torsten Fett.
