Noerr advises DBAG on sale of stake in R+S Group

A Noerr team led by Robert Korndörfer and Georg Schneider has advised Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) on the sale of its stake in R+S Group (R+S) and on its reinvestment in the purchaser, NOKERA AG (“NOKERA”).

DBAG acquired its equity interest in R+S, a leading group of companies in the field of technical building equipment, in 2021 and has now successfully concluded its investment by selling its stake to NOKERA. NOKERA is a producer of sustainable buildings constructed using serial construction processes.

Another team from Noerr led by Georg Schneider and Robert Korndörfer previously advised DBAG on its acquisition of a majority interest in R+S.

Closing of the transaction is still subject to the usual closing conditions.
