A team of our firm led by Volker Land and Uwe Brendler has advised US investor J.C. Flowers on the sale of its portfolio company HRK LUNIS AG to French private equity company Seven2. HRK LUNIS AG is one of the leading independent asset managers in the German-speaking region.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and expected to be completed in Q4 2025.
