Noerr advises Gold Tree Group on acquisition of Atricom in Frankfurt

A Noerr team led by Annette Pospich has advised the Gold Tree Group on acquiring the “Atricom” office building in Frankfurt am Main.

The eleven-story building located in the Lyoner Quarter in the Frankfurt Niederrad district has a total area of approximately 46,000 m². The building, originally constructed in 1990, underwent major renovation in 2021, carefully preserving its historical integrity. This renovation also included the impressive, approximately 50-metre-high foyer, featuring a 22-metre dynamic sculpture by film set designer Rolf Zehetbauer, which was presented in a new way to maximise visual impact.
