Noerr advises Level Equity on participation in software provider Collaboration Factory AG

A Noerr team led by Laurenz Tholen and Moritz Koch assisted the US financial investor Level Equity in acquiring a stake in the Munich-based software provider Collaboration Factory AG.

Collaboration Factory AG offers a platform for enterprise-wide project and portfolio management with its software “cplace”, which can be flexibly adapted to the specific needs and processes of its clients. Its customers include leading companies from various industries that benefit from tailored solutions through cplace.

Level Equity is a private investment firm based in New York, focused on providing capital to rapidly growing software and technology driven businesses. Level provides long-term capital across all transaction types in support of continued growth. The firm has raised $3.1 billion in committed capital and has backed over 100 companies since inception.

Level Equity's investment will enable cplace to drive the innovation of the Munich-based software provider and accelerate its expansion strategy. The company will use the provided funds to scale its business, expand into new geographic and vertical markets, and enhance its product offerings for customers.
