A Noerr team led by Julian Lemor and Dominik Rompza has advised the SERO EMS Group on its takeover of the EPSa Group. SERO EMS is a service provider in the field of Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) and a portfolio company of private equity firm Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG).

DBAG, which is listed on the SDAX, has held a majority stake in the SERO EMS Group through its private equity fund DBAG Fund III since 2018.
